One-to-one training sessions form part of the overall programme I create for you. They are a fantastic way to build up a strong relationship between coach and client. These live sessions last a full hour and are personal to your specific goals. These sessions are great for FAT-loss, strength and cardio development, mobility, technique or sport specific training. Each live one-to-one session is specially designed to fit into your overall health and fitness plan. I don't believe in PERSONAL TRAINING being a ONE-hour a week process. Every client receives a full fitness and nutrition plan to follow alongside their One-to-one sessions. This includes a breakdown of everything you should and shouldn't be eating to support your workouts and personal targets.

I offer a free, in gym consultation to all perspective clients. This is a great opportunity to meet each other, discuss goals and view the facility in which we will be working. Head to the contact page to get in touch.
